Which Drug Abuse Causing Lethargy, Facial Expressions (I.e. Bulldog Looking Face) and Passing Out.?

Question by Lwabshire: Which drug abuse causing lethargy, facial expressions (i.e. bulldog looking face) and passing out.?
I have a family member who exhibits the symptoms above and I am wanting to get help and know which drugs they are on. I believe it may be methadone combined with marijuana, pain pills, and alcohol. The most notable symptom seen is passing out, even when in environments with people, and the bulldog looking face. Facial expression where the eyebrows tend to frown in towards the nose, the mouth hangs open and the eyes nearly shut and body movement extremely slow.

Can anyone provide feedback on which drug this may be and provide similiar pictures depicting this symptom and use of this drug?

Thanks in advance for any help received!

your analysis may be accurate, multiple drug usage like you describe does in fact cause the situation you describe, if it is true this is a very dangerous situation, particularly with the Methadone in the picture. people that use all the drugs you mention do so with the intent of getting that “buzz” they think Methadone will give a buzz, but they are deadfully incorrect…….people OD everyday thinking they can get a buzz on Methadone, the drugs you have described used together is a DEADLY mix, I highly suggest something be done immediately to save that persons life!
call the drug hotline or poison control….good luck!
