How long can an individual be sentenced for if caught in possession of 25 or more ecstasy pills? How long if the individual is a minor? an adult? What are the possible immediate consequences? thanks!

Getting caught with one ecstasy pill usually means 5-8 years. Thats PER pill.

My friend, who was under 18 got caught with pills, but because he was a minor and possibly because he got off with a little leniency, he just had to go to drug rehab and probation.

But if your an adult with 25 pills, its a felony and you will be charged with attempted manslater, because apparently, having a certain mount of pills means you plan on killing someone? It’s stupid I know, but the laws are ridiculous sometimes.

You probably will be sentenced for life with that many pills though.
