Question by BLAH: depression? what could it be?
So im not really sure what is going on with me lately. I have been overly depressed for a few months and i just dont know if it is depression or just me being sad right now. I mean there are a few things that could cause me to be sad lately, however i also feel sad whenever i think about anyone who has lost someone. Someone at my school had their brother pass away lately and it caused me to break into tears even though i never knew her. Also i can not stop imagining my parents, brother and sister dying and it gets so sad. I am sometimes sitting in class and i dont do anything the whole time because i am so zoned out on being sad and imagining different situations where my loved ones die that i just can not focus. Could this be depression, should i be concerned or do you think it is most likely just stuff going on around me causing me to be sad… please help me if you can and let me know.
