Society’s view is glib. My personal view is they are a life saver at times. But you must be careful not to use them all the time because they can be habit forming.

A few weeks ago, I heard a news story on the radio talking about some Canadian researchers who had found what they claimed to be a “cure for most cancers”. They also claimed that it was cheap and easy to produce. Does anyone have any further information on this, and based on their approximate timeline, how long would it take this drug to be legally available in the US?
PS I do not have cancer, I’m just curious.
