im 16. everyday i get extreme nausea for no reason. when i wake up, i feel sick. im a virgin. so im not pregnant. but when i take pepto i feel better. we have some but i dont want to take it becuz i take it so often. what are some home remedies to relieve nausea? i have counseling tomorrow and i cant be sick! help how can i make the nausea stop!

My sister has been suffering from depression and now she’s gotten herself dependent on heroin too. Our parents are away, and I want to get her treated because I don’t think it would be good to let this go on any longer than it already has.
