ok so last night my mom smelled marijuana in my room. it was obvious i was smoking in my room because my weed smelled stronger than i thought it would. my moms knows i smoke and i thought we were to the point where she was pretty ok with it but apparentally not. last night she started freaking out at me.well anyways my question is can my mom force me into rehab. i turn 18 in a month on jan 18. Also i live in the state of ohio.

Don’t tell me just to quit. i probably will quit smoking in the house i actually have slowed that down a ton but i do fine while smoking maraijuaana. i’m responsible enough to know when not to do marijuana so i only do it in my free time. my grades stay good and i have a steady job and my bosses all love me.

She can make you go to rehab, yes, because you are not 18 yet. After that, it’s up to you, but if you go a month without smoking, why start again?
