You’re probably not technically addicted to it.. you just think you are because it’s banned in your religion, making you paranoid about it.
When I was your age, I jerked 7-8 times a day.
I still do it regularly. It only becomes a problem if you’re hurting yourself physically or it’s pulling you away from other things you should be doing.
I think you should just embrace it. 😀

Here’s a strategy:
Make a chart with one box for each day OR use a calendar.
On days that you DON’T watch porn, fill in the current day’s box with your favorite color. On days that you DO watch porn, fill it in with your least favorite color.
Try to get a week in which you have 5 days that you didn’t watch porn (as marked by your favorite color) and only 2 where you did (marked with your least favorite color).
Then try to watch porn less frequently. (e.g. only once a week)
It will be hard on the first day you try not to watch porn, and even harder on the 2nd. But once you get over the initial hump it will you’ll feel great because watching porn will feel less automatic and more like a choice.
Good Luck! And remember, everyone gets lustful desires on a regular basis so don’t feel bad if you can’t completely eliminate the habit.
