Does Marijuana Kill Brain Cells? What Has It Been Proven to Do?

Question by heygirl34: Does marijuana kill brain cells? What has it been proven to do?
I have heard a lot of hype about marijuana and conflicting statements and I don’t know what to believe. Can someone cite a professional source that says whether or not marijuana kills brain cells, and what else it’s been proven to do? Please be objective in your answers, and not just give me a reason like “Oh, it’s bad because it’s illegal”, or some health propaganda site. I just really want some true, professional sources that say what it does and what it doesn’t do. Thanks a lot for the help!

it’s funny tobacco is worse for you than weed yet weed is the one that’s illegal idk

Answer by LaylaAtl
Marijuana is an herb that has medicinal properties and is non habit forming and doesn’t cause cancer and its illegal.

Cigarettes have no medicinal value, causes cancer, is the #1 cause of caner, kills hundreds of thousands a year, is the most addictive substance on earth-more addictive than cocaine, it contains toxins, poisons, carbon monoxide, and ammonia and it’s legal.

Insane and corrupt politics, go figure.

As for killing brain cells I dont think so but I’m no doc.
